1 pound hot sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (29 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 head of cabbage, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, onion, and pepper in Dutch oven. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cut up cabbage and add to mixture. Cook until tender (about 15 minutes after cabbage is added); then simmer to let flavors blend.
