1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef or Ground Round
(too lean, not enough taste)
1 lg. Onion, chopped
Olive Oil
1 lg can diced Tomatoes
1- 1 lb.14 oz can Brooks Chili Beans
(in chili sauce)
1-3 tsp.Chili Powder Seasoning (or more to taste)
1-2 tsp. Garlic Powder (optional)
1 tsp. Chipotle Sauce (optional)
Salt to taste
Spaghetti Noodles

Optional Toppings:
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese
Chopped Sweet Onion

Directions:
Over med. heat:
In sm amt of olive oil, brown ground beef and onion in lg. cooking pot.
Using lid, drain grease into wide mouth jar (be patient and pour as much as possible).
Reduce heat
Add tomatoes and stir
Add Brooks Beans and stir carefully so you don't smash the beans.
Add spices to taste (chili powder flavor strengthens as chili cooks)
Simmer to combine flavors (approx 1 hr.)
Boil desired amt. of spaghetti (broken into thirds) until almost done, drain well and add to chili.

Can refrig and reheat later.
