1/2 c. Orange Marmalade
1 T. Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
4- 6 oz. Salmon Filets
Cooking Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, stir
Coat top of broiler pan with cooking spray.
Place salmon and spread 1/2 mixture on top.
Broil for 6 minutes.
Put remaining mixture & broil 2 additional minutes,
or until desired doneness (no red center).

For plain grilled salmon:
Pre-heat grill to med/high with lid closed.
Coat both sides of salmon filet with cooking oil.
Grill skin side up until seared (approx 2 min)
Turn carefully and continue grilling until desired doneness (no red center)
Remove (burnt) skin after taking fish off grill.
