1-3 oz. Pkg. Rasberry Jello
1 Banana, diced
1 sm. can Crushed Pineapple, drained
1/4 c. Coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c, sm. curd Cottage Cheese
1/4 c. Crisco Oil
1 c. Whipping Cream- whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1/2 c. boiling water. Set aside while preparing fruit.
Stir in banana, pineapple, coconut, & nuts.
Mix with electric mixer: cottage cheese & crisco oil -- add to jello mixture.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into serving dish and refrigerate.
