!/2 cup melted butter / margarine
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/2 cup parmesan
3/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Chicken cut into serving sizes

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare enough chicken.,.to serve your family..choosing the cut they like..(breast, thighs, legs)
mix together, the above ingredients in a bowl
Melt butter, and roll chicken into butter, roll in bread
crumb mixture.
put chicken into a 9X12 pan, (spray with Pam)
drizzle chicken with remaining butter.
Bake uncovered for about 50-60 min,,depending on size of pieces of chicken

you may have to use just alittle more butter.sometimes there seems not to be enough left to sprinkle very much on the top of the chicken before placing in the oven...
