1 stick Oleo
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 large bag Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing
1 small bag Pepperidge Farm Cornbread stuffing
2 eggs
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt the oleo. Add the chopped onion, and cook until the onion softens and becomes translucent. Add the chopped parsley.
Empty the bags of stuffing into a large mixing bowl. Pour the oleo-onion mixture over the stuffing. Stir to blend. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Add chicken broth as needed to get a nice consistency. Stuff your turkey or chicken. This should be enough for a 20 pound bird. If your bird is not that big, place the rest of the stuffing into a buttered casserole and bake.
