Preheat oven to 325
Spray cookie sheet.

BEAT UNTIL PEAKS FORM:
2 egg whites

GRADUALLY ADD:
1/4 c. sugar

KEEP BEATING UNTIL ALL IS IN. DO NOT OVERBEAT!

STIR TOGETHER (in separate bowl):
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa

FOLD IN (to meringue):
1 tsp. vanilla
sugar & cocoa mixture
Either: 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or
1 cup coconut or
1/2 cup chopped nuts

DROP MIXTURE BY TABLESPOONS ONTO SHEETS. BAKE FOR 20 MIN.
