Preheat oven to 350º
Prepare 2 greased 8x4x2 in. loaf pans.
5 to 6 bananas, mashed

COMBINE HALF THE FLOUR & EVERYTHING ELSE:
3 and 1/2 c. flour
1 and 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

ADD & BEAT ON LOW 'TIL BLENDED, THEN ON HIGH FOR 2 MIN.:
2 c. mashed bananas (5 to 6 bananas)
2/3 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk

ADD & BEAT UNTIL BLENDED:
4 eggs
rest of flour

ADD (IF DESIRED):
1/2 c. chopped nuts

POUR BATTER INTO 2 GREASED 8x4x2 in. LOAF PANS. BAKE FOR 55 TO 60 MIN. AT 350º.
COOL 10 MIN. IN PAN, THEN REMOVE FROM PAN. cOLL THOROUGHLY, WRAP & STORE OVERNIGHT.
