7 slices white bread, cubed
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small bag frozen of broccoli florets(thawed)
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions:

In a greased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish, combine the bread cubes and cheese.
Then In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper, fold in broccoli; pour over bread and cheese. Top with bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
