4 medium potatoes
1 cup sugar
teaspoon nutmeg
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 teaspoon vanilla
stick butter (softened)
teaspoon salt
cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon (sprinkle on top)
pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, boil and mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients to mashed potatoes and stir well. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 325 F.
