4 medium potatoes
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon nutmeg
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ stick butter (softened)
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon (sprinkle on top)

Peel, boil and mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients to mashed potatoes and stir well. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 325° F.
