1 ½ cups butter
1 (8oz) package cream cheese
6 eggs
3 cups sugar
3 cups plain flour (sifted)
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
lemon flavoring (optional)
½ baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Add flour with salt and baking powder sifted in. Add flavoring. Pour in pan. Bake at 325°F for one hour and 30 minutes. Let cool.
