Shrimp (butterflied)
3 T flour
1 1/2 T corn starch
1 T white corn meal
3/4 t baking powder
3/4 t salt
1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients well add milk and stir. Dip shrimp in batter and deep fry. 3 to 4 minutes.
