1 c. sugar
2 whole eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 c. milk
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour

Fry in deep fat. When first crack appears, turn over.

There weren't any other instructions with this. Grandma had wrote on the recipe card "My favorite recipe".
