1/2 large box Velveeta Cheese
1 large cream cheese (chilled in freezer but not frozen--grates better if chilled)
1 large jar pimento peppers (chopped and drained)
Mayonnaise
Jalapeņo peppers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the velveeta and cream cheese. Add pimento peppers and mayonnaise to desired consistency. Add Jalapeņo peppers, if desired.
