1 c flour (all purpose)
1/4 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
3/4 c butter (room temperature)
1 c frimly packed light brown sugar
1 t vanilla
1 lg egg
3/4 c toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Bake sesame seeds in 300º oven til golden apprx 8 to 10 minutes. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter, sugar & vanilla. Add egg and beat til mixed. Add the flour mixture and blend well. Fold in sesame seeds. Line cookie sheet with wax paper and drop 1/2 t batter at least 1 inch apart. Bake at 375º for about 8 to 10 minutes or til brown. Slide off pan and allow to cool.
