2 Lbs lean boneless beef cut in 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
1/2 Lb. sliced mushrooms
2 medium onions, sliced thin
2 tsps. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
2 tsps. dry mustard
1 tsp. kitchen bouquet
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup ketchup
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Roll meat in flour, salt, pepper. Heat oil in skillet - brown meat on all sides.

Add all ingredients, except sour cream. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until meat is tender. Usually 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add more water, if needed. Just before serving add sour cream. Heat 2 or 3 minutes. Serve over noodles, rice or cream potatoes.
