1 pound ground round steak
1 large onion, chopped
1 large cabbage head (about 2 pounds), coarsely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the ground steak, breaking it up with fork tines. Add the onion a let it brown slightly. Add cabbage. Sprinkle salt and pepper over all. Carefully add the chicken broth to skillet and pour soy sauce over all; cover and simmer until the cabbage is tender, about 15 minutes.
