2 1/2 lbs. red potatoes
1/2 c. shredded Gruyere
1 lg. onion
1/4 c. butter
freshly ground pepper
dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice scrubbed, unpeeled potatoes. layer 1/2 of the potatoes and onion in a 2 quart baking dish. Top with 1/2 of cheese, pepper and butter. Repeat with remaining potatoes, etc.

Bake until lightly browned and potatoes are tender - about 35 minutes
