5 to 6 pork chops or loin sliced and pounded to 1/2" thick
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper.
1/3 C red current jelly
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork with sage, salt and pepper. Cook in non-stick pan w/ olive oil for 5 to 6 min per side over med/high heat.

Remove pork and keep warm. Add jelly, balsamic and ginger to pan. Cook over medium/low heat stirring constantly until thick (3 min).

Pour sauce over pork and side of mixed greens.
