Dressing:
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 egg
½ cup half & half
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Blend in a blender for 5 minutes. Then add:
1 cup god coking oil
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup white wine vinegar
¼ cup red wine vinegar

Salad:
1 pkg. macaroni (any type)
fresh broccoli flowers
cherry tomatoes
black olives
chopped cucumbers
chopped green onions
meat of your choice (ham, pastrami, etc.)
cheese cubes
croutons for garnish if desired

Mix together and toss with dressing to lightly coat.
