1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
vanilla is optional but very good
Directions:

Melt the butter, then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir continually until a rolling boil. Then let boil 1 minute without stirring. Remove pan from heat and put in cold water, beat the frosting until a good consistency then put it on the cake.
