2 cups flour
2 eggs
3/4 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Make a well with the flour then put in the top eggs and water and then mix. Mix till soft but not sticky. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes in a cover bowl.

Then cut off one at a time for rolling.
