3 Tbsp Cake Flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
pinch of salt

mix together the cake flour and milk cook on stove at low heat till pasty and then cool

Then in a separate bowl mix sugar, butter , pinch of salt cream together. Then add first mixture to second and beat till creamy.
