single pie crust
4 beaten eggs
1-1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sliced onions
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg
chopped ham
1/2 c. chopped spinach
1 T. flour
1/2 c. shredded cheese, cheddar or jack

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pie shell. Line a 9 inch pie pan with pastry. Crimp edge. Line unpricked pastry with foil. Bake at 450º in oven for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake 4-5 minutes until pastry is set and dry. Take out and pour filling in hot shell. Bake at 325º for 45-50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
