1/2 C Butter (room temperature)
1 C White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1.2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Soda
2 T Sour Milk
2 C diced Apples
2 C Flour
2 T Butter, melted
2 T Flour
2 T Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, soda dissolved in sour milk. (To sour the milk add 1 t. vinegar) Add apples and flour. Turn into 2 small or 1 large bread tin that are greased and floured. Mix together butter, flour, sugar, cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture on top of loaf and bake for 1 hour at 325.
