10-12 pounds, pickling cucumbers
1 8oz package Sweet Pickle mix
7 cups sugar
5 cups vinegar, 5% acidity
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and process canning jars and lids. Clean cucumbers and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Discard ends. Combine sugar, vinegar, water and pickling mix. Bring to a simmer. Pack cucumbers in hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space. Remove air bubbles, adjust caps. Process 15 minutes in boiling water canner. Allow pickles to stand up to six weeks to achieve best flavor.
