1 can (14oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (non-marinated)
5 good sized plum tomatoes, diced
1 can black olives, sliced (or pitted kalamata olives, to taste)

Toss together with:
Red wine vinegar
Garlic, minced
Oregano
Pepper
Vegetable oil to taste.

Slice open a baguette or Italian bread and crumble feta cheese on both sides. Bake in a pre-heated oven, just untill feta is soft and bread is crunchy.
Put salad mixture on the bread to make open face sandwiches
