6 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
1 cube butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, and salt in blender container. Blend until fluffy. Tap in flour, a little at a time. Beating until well blended. Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish in a 425º oven. When it is bubbly, pour in the batter. Return immediately to the oven. Bake at 425º for 25 minutes. Serve immediately with jam or syrup.
