1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, thawed 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/3 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 small jar chopped pimentos 1 small can french fried onion (topping)
Combine all ingredients and top with French fried onions. Bake covered at 350º for 30 minutes.
