1 1/2 cup cold water
1 cup all purpose flour & 1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour about a 1/4 cup of batter onto a crepe pan, cook for about 2 minutes, turn and cook other side about another 2 minutes.
