4 medium green onions with tops
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 pkg. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. dry white wine or apple juice
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 can (6oz) crabmeat
1/3 c. sliced almonds
Assorted crackers or sliced raw vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Cut green onion into thin slices, discarding the bulbs. Mix the onions, garlic, cream cheese, parmesan, mayonnaise, wine, sugar and mustard in an ungreased casserole dish.

Drain crabmeat and flake with a fork, removing any tiny pieces of shell. Stir into cheese mixture. Top with almonds and bake uncovered 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
