½ c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1¼ c. flour
½ c. oats
1 egg

1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

½ c. chopped walnuts
about ½ c. saved crust

Combine all crust ingredients, reserve ½ c. Pat crust into bottom of 9” X 13” greased (or Pam sprayed) pan. Melt sweetened condensed milk, butter, chocolate chips, add vanilla. Spread chocolate filling over crust. Crumble saved crust & add chopped nuts for topping. Bake @ 350º for 20-30 minutes, until crust lightly brown- don’t overcook, filling will be soft.
