4 white fish fillets (I use Tilapia)
salt and pepper
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
the zest of 1 large lemon
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 Tbs. coarsely chopped parsely

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly season both sides of the fish fillets. Arrange on a pan and broil until lightly brown. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, zest, juice, worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a small bowl. Evenly spread the mixture over the fillets. return to the brioler until tops are golden brown/ sprinkle with parsely. Serve immediately.
