2 T Water or Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, pressed
1 med Onion, diced
1 med Green Pepper, chopped
15 oz can Chili or Dark Kidney beans
15 oz can Garbanzos, drained
28 oz can Diced Tomatoes
15 oz can Tomato Sauce
3 T Chili Powder
Cumin, Oregano, Basil to taste

Saute' onion, green pepper and garlic in water or oil. if you are using dark beans, drain them. Mix all ingredients and simmer until green peppers are tender.

I created this recipe to be low calorie and no fat. Meat can be added if wanted. This works great in the crock pot as well. Skip step 1 and put all ingredients in the pot on low for 8 hours.
