Scant cup flour
1 stick butter
2 qts (4 cans) chicken broth
3/4 c half-n-half
3/4 lb cheez whiz
1/4 lb cheddar cheese
4 oz beer
1 T Worcestershire sauce
dash tabasco sauce
3/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add flour to make a paste. Heat stock and add to paste, stir unit smooth. Bring to a boil. Add half-n-half, beer, cheese's and seasonings. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with popcorn or croutons.
