3 Jalipino peppers, 3 large Anaheim peppers roasted and peeled, 1 can whole cooked tomatoes, 3 Tbs of garlic,powder or minced, 1Tbs salt. About 6 pork chops. 2-3 Tbs flour, 2-3 Tbs oil

Cut pork chops in to bite size pieces, bones may be cooked also. Put oil in soup pan then pork, cook till done, add flour and brown, while pork is cooking dice the roasted peppers and place in bowl, add to the peppers the salt and garlic, squeeze up the tomatoes or cut them up and add to peppers like you do with salsa. When the pork is done and browned with the flour add the salsa mixture and about 5 or 6 cups of water, mix and let boil for about 30-45 min.

Jalipino peppers don't have to be used you can use all Anaheim or what you want but it will change the taste a bit. Using bell pepper on this one really is not recommended. Probolano peppers are OK.
