3 oz. Strawberry Jello
sweeten or unsweetened
8 oz.Cream Cheese
Whipped Cream

Soften Cream Cheese Mix Jello to package direction, Chill until soupy about 10 minutes if you use the ice method.
Place cheese in mixing bowl, mixer on low speed,pour soupy jello slowly into bowl. If using unsweetened jello add splenda at this time if you like sweet. Amount of Splenda depends on your sweet tooth. Pour Cream Cheese Jello mixture into a 8x8 x2 pan and chill until firm. Top with whip cream before serving. This recipe can be double except use a 9x13 pan

This is a low carb if you use the unsweetened jello
I cut it like bars for company. I also use heavy whipping cream for my topping and just add splenda. Chill it like you would Jello. Don't use off brands of gelatin just use Jello Cheap brands make it taste cheap.
