Raw shrimp - 1 Lb
Limes - 6
red onion - 1
Jalapeņo peppers -aprox 2, depending on taste
Tomato - 1
Tostada shells
Mayonnaise , real, salt & garlic-minced or powder

Directions:
Directions:
Peel shrimp, cut into bite size pieces, rinse well and drain, squeeze limes over shrimp. Add diced onion and jalapeņos, 1tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder, mix then place in refrigerator covered for about 3 hrs or until shrimp is cooked, cooked shrimp changes color to white. Add diced tomatoes. Can be eaten then or let set for longer. Spread mayo over tostada shell and ceviche, top with hot sauce if desired. Enjoy!!
