1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

12 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

1 c. sour cream
3 1/2 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Mix crust ingredients together. Pat into pie pan. Bake at 350 for 5 - 10 minutes. Set aside.
2. Beat filling ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes.
3. Mix topping ingredients. Pour over filling. Bake 10 minutes more.

This is a different twist on a traditional cheesecake. It's good with any kind of fruit topping.
