2 pks Pistachio Instant Pudding Mix (leave dry)
2 cans crushed pineapple in the juice (don't drain)
2 C miniature marshmallows
1 C Chopped Pecans (optional)
3 C cool whip topping thawed

Directions:
Directions:
mix pudding, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans with mixer. in a bowl. after blended add cool whip, blend and put in refrigerator and cool for 2 hours, then serve.
