cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cups all-purpose flour
tsp. baking soda
1 cup diced peeled apples
tsp. salt
cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour into greased and floured 8" x 4" pan.
Bake at 300 for 1 hours.
Cool for ten minutes.
Remove from pan.
Cool on rack.
This recipe can also be baked as muffins and can be frozen
