1 lb ground meat
1 small package egg noodles
15 oz can tomato sauce
3 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp sugar
garlic powder/salt
1/2 onion, chopped
shredded cheddar cheese

Boil noodles until al dente (about 10 mins).
Mix tomato sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar together in large mixing bowl.
Brown meat and chopped onion. Add garlic to taste.
Mix meat and noodles together with sauce and put into a baking dish. Top with cheese and bake on 350 for 20 mins.
