Graham Cracker Crust (prepared according to directions on the box--Bake 5 minutes & set aside).

3 Eggs (separated)
1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
1/2 c. Lemon Juice (lemon zest- optional)
Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together: egg yolks, eagle brand milk, lemon juice.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into lemon mixture.

Pour into partially baked crust and bake at 350 for approx 10 min. (usually longer, until set, not jiggly)

Cool and serve with whipped cream. Refrigerate.
