1 jar (7 oz.) Marshmallow Cream
3/4 c. Butter
3 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Evaporated Milk
1-12 oz. Pkg. Chocolate Chips (Hershey's)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan: butter, sugar, and milk. Stir over med-high heat until a rolling boil. Continue stirring for exactly 5 minutes (candy thermometer 234º).

Remove from heat and stir in chips. Add marshmallows, vanilla, and nuts.

Pour quickly, while smoothing slightly, into a buttered pan and leave it alone.
