2 1/2 cups Self Rising Three Rivers Cornmeal
1 Tbsp baking soda
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
Buttermilk (enough to make thin)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add buttermilk to make thin consistency. Spray large 8 to 10-inch skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat in oven. Then pour batter into pan and cook on 300º to 325º for 25 to 30 minutes, or until desired brownness on top.

Tim is 88 years old. He says it is best eaten crumbled up in a glass of milk! He eats it often. He says the Three Rivers Cornmeal makes it even better!
