4 lb. or more brisket
can beef broth
onion flakes
garlic pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in 11 x 13 baking dish, fat side up. Pour can of beef broth over the meat.
Season with onion flakes and garlic pepper.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Turn temperature down to 300 - 325º for 3 hours or until fork tender.
Always cover meat tightly. Be careful of steam when you loosen foil.
Put meat in refrigerator-- juice in a jar (refrig.) until fat separates & hardens.
Cut meat thinly across the grain and place back in dish.
Remove fat from juice, pour juice over meat to re-heat.
