1 large roast
1 large onion/diced
1large pepper/diced
2 small bottles of barbecue sauce
garlic,salt ,pepper,and tsp of smoke flavor
Directions:
Directions:
slow cook the roast ..until it is falling apart.
when ready
place on low heat,and add all other ingredients to slow simmer all day. by evening it is perfect.
can put on buns or eat as is..
