red wine....1 cup
water....1 cup
garlic... 3 - 5 cloves (depending on size)
Adolph's Meat Tenderizer 1...cap full
Directions:
Directions:
Place the above ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour over steaks and place in refrigerator over night turning the steaks in the morning.

This was Big B's favorite home made marinade. His favorite part was drinking a glass of the red wine while the steaks grilled...the cheaper the wine the better!
