8 oz. pkg. stuffing mix 3 c. stewed chicken, cut up Sauce: 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 4 c. chicken broth 4 eggs
Cook the butter, flour and chicken broth in saucepan until thickened, then cool. While cooling, grease a casserole dish and spread out the stuffing, then the chicken. Add the beaten eggs to the sauce and pour over stuffing and chicken. Bake at 325º for 1 hour 45 minutes, covered.
