4-5 lbs. chuck roast
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. wine vinegar, red
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour over meat in a crock pot. Cook on low for 10-12 hours or until meat falls apart. Serve on buns.
